Privacy Policy

5X Fitness keeps your training record for you and for nobody else. Every record below is stored under your account and can only be read by you.
Account data
Your name, email address, preferred language, time zone and how you signed in. This is what identifies your account.
Training and body data
Gym check-ins, plank sessions, workouts and their sets, and any body measurements and notes you enter. Nobody else can read them, and they are never shared or sold.
Sex, birth year and height
These three are optional, and you can leave any of them blank or answer “prefer not to say”. They are used for one thing: comparing your InBody figures against the right reference range, so the recommendations mean something. Without them the app compares you only against your own history. They are never sent to analytics.
Analytics
Anonymous usage events — that a workout was logged, not what was in it. Your name, email, notes and measurement values are never sent to analytics.
Crash reporting
When something goes wrong the app reports the error and where it happened, so it can be fixed. Measurements, notes, sign-in tokens and your email are never included.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on this device. Which reminders you turned on, and the times you chose, are saved with your account. If you allow notifications, a device token is stored so reminders can reach you.
Report photos
A body report photo is uploaded to a private folder that only your account can open. It is never public, and deleting the measurement deletes the photo.
Profile photo
A profile photo you set is uploaded to a private folder that only your account can open, and the app reads it as bytes — no shareable link to your face exists anywhere. You can replace or remove it at any time. If you signed in with Google or Apple, that account’s picture is used until you set one of your own.
Deleting your data
Deleting your account removes your profile, your whole training history, your report photos, your profile photo and your notification tokens, then deletes the sign-in account itself and clears the copy held on this device. This cannot be undone.
You can do this yourself inside the app, at any time, from Profile → Profile and account → Delete account. No request to us is needed.

يحفظ 5X للياقة سجل تدريبك من أجلك أنت وحدك. كل ما هو مذكور أدناه يُخزَّن ضمن حسابك ولا يمكن لأحد غيرك قراءته.
بيانات الحساب
اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ولغتك المفضّلة ومنطقتك الزمنية وطريقة تسجيل دخولك. هذا ما يعرّف حسابك.
بيانات التدريب والجسم
تسجيلات حضور النادي وجلسات البلانك والتمارين ومجموعاتها، وأي قياسات جسم وملاحظات تدخلها. لا يستطيع أحد غيرك قراءتها، ولا تُشارَك ولا تُباع أبداً.
النوع وسنة الميلاد والطول
هذه الثلاثة اختيارية، ويمكنك ترك أيٍّ منها فارغاً أو اختيار «أفضّل عدم الإفصاح». وتُستخدم لغرض واحد: مقارنة أرقام InBody الخاصة بك بالنطاق المرجعي الصحيح حتى تكون التوصيات ذات معنى. وبدونها يقارنك التطبيق بسجلك أنت وحدك. ولا تُرسَل إلى التحليلات أبداً.
التحليلات
أحداث استخدام مجهولة الهوية — أنّ تمريناً قد سُجِّل، لا ما بداخله. لا يُرسَل اسمك أو بريدك أو ملاحظاتك أو قيم قياساتك إلى التحليلات أبداً.
تقارير الأعطال
عند حدوث خطأ يُبلِّغ التطبيق عن نوعه وموضعه ليتم إصلاحه. لا تُضمَّن القياسات ولا الملاحظات ولا رموز الدخول ولا بريدك الإلكتروني.
الإشعارات
تُجدوَل التذكيرات على هذا الجهاز. أما التذكيرات التي فعّلتها والأوقات التي اخترتها فتُحفظ مع حسابك. وإذا سمحت بالإشعارات، يُحفظ رمز الجهاز لتصلك التذكيرات.
صور التقارير
تُرفَع صورة تقرير الجسم إلى مجلد خاص لا يفتحه إلا حسابك. ليست علنية أبداً، وحذف القياس يحذف الصورة.
صورة الملف الشخصي
تُرفَع صورة ملفك الشخصي، إن وضعتها، إلى مجلد خاص لا يفتحه إلا حسابك، ويقرأها التطبيق كبيانات — فلا يوجد في أي مكان رابط لصورتك يمكن مشاركته. ويمكنك تغييرها أو حذفها في أي وقت. وإذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple فتُستخدم صورة ذلك الحساب حتى تضع صورة خاصة بك.
حذف بياناتك
حذف حسابك يزيل ملفك الشخصي وكامل سجل تدريبك وصور تقاريرك وصورة ملفك الشخصي ورموز إشعاراتك، ثم يحذف حساب الدخول نفسه ويمسح النسخة المحفوظة على هذا الجهاز. لا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.
يمكنك تنفيذ ذلك بنفسك داخل التطبيق في أي وقت من حسابي ← البروفايل والحساب ← امسح الحساب. لا حاجة إلى مراسلتنا.
