Account & Data Deletion

5X Fitness gives you control over your account and personal data. You can delete both yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You do not have to ask us, and nothing is queued for review.
Delete your account from the app
- Open 5X Fitness.
- Sign in, if you are not already signed in.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Profile and account.
- Tap Delete account, at the bottom of that screen.
- Confirm when the app asks. If you last signed in a while ago it will ask you to sign in once more first — that is a security check, and it is the same password or Google account you already use.
There is a second way in: Profile → Privacy and data has a Manage your account button that opens the same screen.
This is permanent. Deleting your account removes the account itself and all of the personal data held under it. It cannot be undone, and the data cannot be recovered afterwards — not by you and not by us. If you want to keep a copy, export it first from Profile → Privacy and data → Export my data, which hands you a single JSON file before you delete anything.
What data is deleted?
- Account and profile information — your name, email address, language, time zone, goal, and the optional sex, birth year and height.
- Your profile photo, and the InBody report images attached to your measurements.
- Gym attendance and workout history.
- Exercises, sets, reps, and logged weights.
- Plank activity, and the streak information derived from it.
- Body measurements and InBody records.
- Progress and recommendation data, which is calculated from the records above and so goes with them.
- Notification preferences, notification tokens, and your account settings.
- The copy held on your own device — the app clears its local cache as part of the same deletion, so nothing is left behind on the phone.
Finally the sign-in account itself is deleted, so nothing can authenticate as you again.
Unable to access your account?
Deletion normally requires signing in, because only your own account is permitted to remove your data. If you cannot sign in and want your data deleted, email hussein.mohamed.software@gmail.com — the same support address listed on the 5X Fitness Google Play listing.
Include the email address your account was created with, so the request can be matched to an account. Without it there is no way to tell which record to delete.
Data retention
Your data is deleted as the request is carried out — for an in-app deletion that is immediately, while you watch it run, and there is no retention period afterwards.
Two things are not part of that deletion, and neither identifies you:
- Anonymous usage and crash reports. These are tied to an app installation rather than to your account, and never carry your name, email, notes or measurement values. They are held by Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics under their own retention windows and then expire.
- Limited information required for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation, which is kept only for as long as that purpose requires and then removed.

5X للياقة بيديك التحكّم الكامل في حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية. تقدر تمسح الاتنين بنفسك من جوه التطبيق في أي وقت. مش محتاج تطلب مننا حاجة، ومفيش طلب بيستنى مراجعة.
امسح حسابك من التطبيق
- افتح 5X للياقة.
- سجّل دخولك، لو مش داخل بالفعل.
- افتح تاب حسابي.
- اضغط على البروفايل والحساب.
- اضغط امسح الحساب في آخر الشاشة.
- أكّد لما التطبيق يسألك. ولو بقى لك فترة من آخر مرة دخلت فيها، هيطلب منك تسجّل دخولك تاني الأول — دي خطوة أمان، وبنفس الباسورد أو حساب Google اللي بتستخدمه.
وفيه طريق تاني: حسابي ← الخصوصية والبيانات فيها زرار إدارة حسابك بيفتح نفس الشاشة.
ده نهائي. حذف حسابك بيشيل الحساب نفسه وكل البيانات الشخصية المحفوظة تحته. مفيش رجوع فيه، والبيانات مش هتترجّع بعد كده — لا منك ولا مننا. ولو عايز تحتفظ بنسخة، اعملها قبل ما تمسح من حسابي ← الخصوصية والبيانات ← صدّر بياناتي، اللي بيديك ملف JSON واحد فيه كل حاجة.
البيانات اللي بتتمسح
- بيانات الحساب والبروفايل — اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ولغتك ومنطقتك الزمنية وهدفك، والنوع وسنة الميلاد والطول الاختياريين.
- صورة البروفايل، وصور تقارير الـ InBody المرفقة بقياساتك.
- حضورك للچيم وسجل تمارينك.
- الحركات والمجموعات والعدّات والأوزان اللي سجّلتها.
- نشاط البلانك، والـ streak المحسوب منه.
- قياسات جسمك وسجلات الـ InBody.
- بيانات التقدّم والترشيحات، وهي بتتحسب من السجلات اللي فوق فبتروح معاها.
- إعدادات الإشعارات ورموز الإشعارات وإعدادات حسابك.
- النسخة المحفوظة على موبايلك — التطبيق بيمسح الكاش المحلي في نفس العملية، فمش بيفضل أي حاجة على الجهاز.
وفي الآخر بيتمسح حساب الدخول نفسه، فمحدش يقدر يدخل باسمك تاني.
مش قادر تدخل حسابك؟
الحذف بيحتاج إنك تسجّل دخولك، لأن حسابك أنت بس هو المسموح له يشيل بياناتك. ولو مش قادر تدخل وعايز بياناتك تتمسح، ابعت على hussein.mohamed.software@gmail.com — نفس عنوان الدعم الموجود في صفحة 5X للياقة على Google Play.
واكتب في الرسالة البريد الإلكتروني اللي اتعمل بيه الحساب، عشان نعرف الطلب بتاع أنهي حساب. من غيره مفيش طريقة نحدد بيها السجل المطلوب حذفه.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
بياناتك بتتمسح وقت تنفيذ الطلب — ولو الحذف من جوه التطبيق فده بيحصل فوراً وأنت شايفه بيتنفّذ، ومفيش أي مدة احتفاظ بعد كده.
وفيه حاجتين برّه الحذف ده، ومحدش فيهم بيعرّفك:
- أحداث الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال المجهولة. دي مربوطة بنسخة التطبيق المتثبّتة مش بحسابك، وعمرها ما بتحمل اسمك ولا بريدك ولا ملاحظاتك ولا قيم قياساتك. بتتحفظ عند Google Analytics و Firebase Crashlytics بمدد الاحتفاظ بتاعتهم وبعدين بتنتهي.
- معلومات محدودة لازمة للأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو التزام قانوني، وبتتحفظ بس للمدة اللي الغرض ده بيحتاجها وبعدين بتتشال.
